The accommodation was spacious, well laid out and the kitchen was well stocked. The upside down arrangement of the “Ramsey lodge” meant for a really big space for the children to play in the mornings/evenings whilst cooking/packing was happening.
There was plenty to keep them occupied, they loved the swimming pool and the bouncy castle.
4 stars for location only because it’s a _very_ long drive from London. Location was beautiful though - amazing views from the top of the hills.
Had a fantastic holiday here, the nature was beautiful, the activities were varied enough for a wide variety of ages and the quality of accommodation was superb!
The staff were super helpful too.
My only complaint would be the additional price of activities that are on top of the package. But hey amazing for the whole family!
The resort was beautiful, the accommodation was fantastic and it has something for everyone but it's especially great for people with young children/toddlers. I was really happy there was so much to do for my 2 year old and it was easy to get around. The buggies are brilliant!
This is our 4th visit over the expanse of 10 years and we have absolutely loved our stay each time. From the moment you arrive there is a sense of total escapism. The accommodation is fantastic, clean and spacious and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Plenty to do to fill your day and food and drink is reasonably priced.
Loads of activities to book, admittedly some are overpriced, but most are on par with other similar holiday camps. Lots of free activities for younger children, and even though we visited during half term, it never felt too crowded or overwhelming. We’ll be coming back no doubt!
This is our first time visiting and we're really impressed, from the moment we checked in we felt welcomed and valued. We're in a Ramsey lodge which is spotless and homely. All the staff here that we've encountered have been friendly and helpful, not one has walked by without saying hello. We visited the Spa yesterday for a deluxe pedicure, upon booking I did think it was a little pricey but it was so worth it, the experience and treatment was fantastic - special mention to Hollie and Trinity who were just so lovely and made my mum's birthday more special with their little kind gestures. Had food at the Farmhouse Grill last night and it was beautiful, the service was great too. We're already looking to book another holiday here again soon.
Super Friendly staff
Shindig was amazing
History walk was fantastic (and free!)
Resort has enough to keep you busy in all weathers
Had a problem with bathroom latch leaving us unable to open the door - we got a call out within 15 minutes.
Third visit and still one of our favourite places to holiday, just keeps getting better
Room’s spacious , beds rather hard, sofa very uncomfortable as not able to sit properly on them, kitchen good, shower good ,overall a good holiday space. Lots to do for small children which is free of charge. Restaurants ok. Blue lagoon on the small side for this sort of resort can get very crowded. History walk a must if you enjoy history. Lovely walks around the site to enjoy. Quite hilly if you find it difficult to walk a buggy would be a good choice but remember to order it early as they do run out. Staff very helpful, polite and friendly. Overall a good 4 day break.
Had a wonderful family break. Nothing was too much trouble, our fridge was faulty and fresh food we bought was spoiled and was replaced free of charge and a new fridge delivered within the hour. The whole site was immaculate and really clean. Had a scarecrow trail around the resort which the kids loved. Couldn't fault a thing I would highly recommend, lots to do in a beautiful setting. Lodge was well equipped and lots of space for 4 adults 2 kids and a baby. Will definitely return.
We love the variety of activities, it never feels too busy anywhere. The staff are all lovely, happy and friendly. The play areas are well laid out and our kids love it. The house we are staying in is comfortable and it is good value for money. Being able to leave site easily and head to saundersfoot and Narbeth is a positive too. We are planning to come back with friends. Even with the terrible weather we never got bored.
Had a fantastic family break here! A stunning location and a wide range of activities to keep everyone occupied. The coasteering trip was a particular highlight, but we also went paddle boarding and bowling too. Food options booked up quickly, but our meals in the grill restaurant were always delicious and served in large portions. Accommodation varied: the older apartment I was in was 'tired' but clean and functional. The new large houses were incredible! All the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. Another highlight was a massage in the spa: it doesn't look much from the front, but the spa was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended for families looking for a holiday that has something for everyone.
