Delightful cafe located on the High Street Arcade. Cozy overstuffed chairs in the restaurant and cafe style tables in the arcade. The menu offers a wide range of food, teas and coffees. I've not been here for 2 years yet this place is still amazing with a great selection of teas and cakes as well as other food all inside one of the most beautiful arcades in Cardiff, this is a great place to relax and rest after a busy day wandering around Cardiff.
