The flavours of the food are stunnng. I'm afraid I don't have sufficient vocabulary to describe them. Service is top notch and for what we had the price more than reasonable. Can't recommend this restaurant enough. Small (at least on the outside) is beautiful!!
had a lovely meal with my cousin jayne and her son ross and mum to be rhiannydd. fillet steak with blue cheese sauce was tasty and the lemon ice cream and meringue was to die for. great service superb food . thank you
Incredibly cheap £10 for adult Spag Bol etc. 8 of us had a variety of meals, including pizza, pasta. I had lemon garlic seabass with rosemary potatoes £16, which was a very decent portion. Very friendly local restaurant that we need to look after and make sure they survive these tough times. 💪
Quiet Thursday night, didn't book, just turned up and no problems. Good food - pizza was very good. Really affordable.

Turned up at 6.30 on Saturday night and he didn't have the booking but did have a table outside he could put us on.
I asked for gnocchi and a side salad. The food and service were both amazing.
5 of us had a great meal here last weekend. The service was fab and they catered easily to the gluten free in our party. The food was all delicious and really well priced. Can’t wait to come again!

Gluten free and vegan diner was so well catered for, looked after and felt really safe.
The food was absolutely delicious, great portion sizes and concept, and we had brilliant service.
The courgette flower special was so tasty, as was the prawns, asparagus, gluten free vegan gnocchi and pizza!

They were incredibly accommodating and cannot recommend enough if you love good food and good atmosphere come here.
We went here for a date night a few weeks ago, we left it last minute to book but they managed to squeeze us in! The place is super authentic and a lovely building - it feels like you are not in Pontcanna. Very accommodating to vegans, food is also reasonably priced for this area.
Beautiful authentic little Italian. For starters we ordered the Nduja bruschetta, calamari and the special: fried courgettes with ricotta. Everything was absolutely delicious, the Nduja was amazing. For main we had a mushroom risotto, pizza with Nduja and chilli and pasta with Nduja and aubergine. Absolutely faultless. Didn’t expect to find a little slice of Italy in Cardiff!
Edit: Just been back after two years and it is still the wonderful place for the perfect dinner. Come here for your date night and every time you feel you need a treat. Take your time to choose from the menu and daily specials and treat yourself. Previous experience : Wonderful place to have a literally perfect dinner. Welcoming and inviting, feels like coming home.
