Kimchi - Cardiff - Photo album

My family and I were looking for a perfect birthday place for me and we came across this Korean barbecue, we never tried Korean food so this was new to us, but this restaurant filled all our expectations and more! This place was beautiful, it was traditional and amazing, the server lady was so nice
Really good place for a Korean BBQ experience. Is not an all you cat eat however the proportions were very good. The only 2 bad things were that the place is small, 6 tables of 4 at most I think, and that they only accept cash. Other than that, a very good place! You can also take away your leftover
Great food at affordable prices! Awesome kbbq experience. The kimchi pancake was excellent and crispy
Overall pretty decent, but some of the food was a bit bland (kimchi was too light in taste). Service was ok, the waitress who served us was quite friendly. There’s a decent amount of meat with the BBQ items so it was very filling. The quality of the meat was on par with the price we paid. I had to
Ok. So we *really* wanted to have a Korean BBQ and were so excited to see that there was one in Cardiff. There were some reviews that made us a bit worried but we tried it anyway. Note that they only accept cash. But there is a cash machine about 100m along the road. So really not a problem. I am
Went there for my birthday dinner for the first time, and I absolutely loved it. We sat upstairs. The food was great and was in large proportions which was even better. The servers were really nice and very quick too. It was a very informal environment which was nice and made me feel like I was eati
One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Such a fun experience as well being able to cook your own food. Very reasonably priced! We have also ordered a bento box from them delivered and it was equally amazing. Super traditional and authentic also - incredible!
We got kimchi fried rice, kimchi pancake and veggie bibimbap. Fried rice was delicious, flavourful, reminded me of ones I had in Korea. Kimchi pancake was a little thicker than I was used to but still crispy and a great side to share. Friend got the bibimbap and enjoyed it thoroughly, though gochuja
I have had a great experience here and I think I already wrote about it. Trust that if you are new here they will advise you appropriately as the portions are big enough for two people. Definitely I recommend the grilled chicken and beef. pastry was delicious too The drinks are same price as everywh
Cool little place. Had a really enjoyable lunch. Well worth the short walk from the city centre. Very reasonable prices and great portions.
Ordered takeaway this time from Kimchi. For starters we ordered chilli chicken and chicken skewers. The chilli chicken was not spicy but sweet and the chicken skewers were average. We also ordered spicy seafood yaki soba and spicy chicken fried rice. The fried rice was nice and spicy. The yaki soba
This is the go to place in Cardiff if you love good food. I have never been disappointed with the food nor have any guests I have recommended this restaurant to. My recommendation is the udon noodles (meat of your choosing) with all the BBQ trimmings. Chimchi pancakes are a must. If you don't have t
For every Asian food loving person, Kimchi is a must try place. Kimchi has a decent variety of foods for both vegetarian and non-vegetarians. The vegetable Pancakes are very good as well as the egg fried rice. The food has good quantity and it is very reasonable priced. The service is great and the
The food here was fantastic and I thought the price was very reasonable. There was only two of us and we wanted the full experience so ordered a lot of the bbq menu. Service was okay, and food came out sporadically. The meat was fantastic and tender and was a great experience for our first Korean bb
