Set within Howell Dept. Store (used to be the former foodhall). A lovely coffee and cake was had. Not sure how long it will stay open, as the store is due to close very soon.

An amazing place to stop off and refuel your family staff were amazing tea was great and atmosphere welcoming well done and when I visited they were under staff due to illness I would recommend this place all the time

Love Caffe Nero! The coffee is delicious, they always have pour in cream which is a must. Appetizing pastries and savories, the staff is friendly and efficient. My coffee is always made to perfection. There are 3 location in Cardiff which is also a plus.

Trinity street Cardiff (old howells store) I meet 3 friends there every week it’s great food, delicious pastry’s too! The staff are always polite and helpful .

Great little coffee shop, lovely seating area outside, coffee is always well made and they have a good selection of hot and cold snacks , I visit here at least twice a week , I find the staff friendly

My partner and I visited today, ordered, I was paying with the old style £20 note but was told these notes are not acceptable!! embarrassing to say the least.. These notes are in use until September, I contacted the Bank of England who confirmed this.. not good customer service.. Won’t be returning to this branch or any other Cafe Nero..

I've always found the service here to be excellent; friendly baristas often going the extra mile in making guests welcome and ensuring best quality fayre.
Seating is mixed; cosy chairs and sofas or wooden tables and chairs, but all perfectly comfortable in a surprisingly snug atmosphere (one could almost forget that this is a franchised section of a large department store).

Stopped by for a little break during my shopping trip! What fantastic service. A clean and tidy coffee shop where o completely relaxed. Love Nero coffee.
