Absolutely perfect, the order process was easy, the seating was nice, the staff were great and very respectful. Overall great experience, would definitely eat here again.

A great place to eat as an alternative to another fried chicken place. Plenty of choice to choose from and includes free refills on soft drinks. When it's busy it's difficult to find a seat so choose you eating time carefully. I've been here a few times and I'll be back again.

Decided to come here today and try it out as I was hungry. I ordered the 4 tenders combo and it was nothing but delicious. The chicken was perfect a little hot but hey I’m not complaining. The service and staff were quick and really nice the place as a whole is great but the atmosphere is a bit loud but it is what is it. However if I come back to Cardiff I am definitely coming back to slim chicken 10/10

This was a fantastic restaurant to dine in at, having a large seating area that accommodated the busy lunch period I visited! There is plenty of kiosks for self service and the options are clearly presented at the counter, where my voucher for a free milkshake with a meal was accepted by the friendly staff. The Chicken Tenders meal was yummy with the different sauces as well as a surprise extra slice of toast; I really enjoyed the Oreo milkshake too and the drinks machine is reliable as usual for unlimited refills! Seating is comfortable, cleanliness had been maintained and the service was faster than typical of the franchise.

Pretty decent food. Perfect for a quick bite. I had the tenders meal which comes with garlic bread, French fries, a drink, and a sauce of your choice.

Bit of a wait but I think standard on a Saturday night with Deliveroo orders going out and presumably pre-pandemic staffing. Food had been sat on the side a little while as a result but staff friendly and food tasty nonetheless. One of the staff offered the baby a milkshake which is now her new obsession 😉 Thank you. 💖

Clean and cosy place to eat, when busy can be a bit nosey but during quieter times you can relax a bit.
Staff are friendly and as my first time going helped me decide on a meal. Went with a 5 and 5 mix of wings and dippers. The BBQ honey sauce was amazing, the chicken was cripsy and delicious cooked well.
Fries were nice and fresh and the Texas toast was a nice little palette cleaners.
All on all a very nice place to grab a bite or go with some friends.

I visited Slim Chicken for the first time in Cardiff. If you are bored of KFC and Nando's, you can try Slim Chicken. Non-veg here is halaal.
They have dine-in and takeaway options as well. They have self-ordering machines.
They have Tender chicken, Sandwiches, Wings, Salads & Wraps, Sides, and Shakes. Meals are served with Texas toast, seasoned fries, house sauces & a bottomless soda.
Prices are reasonable considering the quantity. During weekends, it is crowded however, you can get a seat easily. You can visit here with family, friends, and kids as well.
We ordered a Slim meal and all the items in it were scrumptious. Garlic Cheese Sauce was amazingly tasty.

Popped in for a bite to eat while shopping. The staff where fantastic and very helpful with us as newbie Slim Chickens eaters.
The food was lovely and the milkshake was out of this world..I highly recommend trying the salted caramel milkshake.
