Nice place, but they lose a star because the filter coffee was not very good - tepid and slightly bitter. Enormous tea-cakes though, worth ordering. A good place to chill for an hour; to be fair the coffee is usually good and they just let themselves down a bit on this occasion.

This is far and away the best coffee chain based on quality, price, staff and surroundings. This one in particular is excellent. The friendly staff will expertly craft you a delicious drink and the cakes are devine! Try the cheesecake!

They have great coffee. Variety of coffee made me confused, wanted to try them all. The guys working there offer great service, I could feel the harmony between them.

The staff are friendly and services was quick and my drink was taken to my table. The coffee that I got was the perfect temperature when I got it. Overall a great coffee house, will come again

I enjoyed my cup of tea and teacake. I liked that I was able to take away a bag of used coffee grounds my compost says "thank you!" Very environmentally friendly.

one of my favorite haunts, i spend a lot of time here sketching and the coffee is great, also the staff are lovely and one of the female staff is really cute

Good coffee, delicious caramel shortbread and a really nice location. Especially worth a visit when it's sunny and the shop turns this beautiful mellow yellow.

When I first came across this shop, I assumed it was an independent coffee shop due to its very friendly staff and quirky decor. They have a lovely range of drinks, among which is their white hot chocolate which I would definitely recommend. Clean and tidy coffee shop.

Excellent coffee and a good range of tea too. They also have honey available to go with the tea which I like. Very good cake and Welsh cakes too, yum!

A regular haunt of mine. Nice large windows if you can get a seat there and lovely staff behind the counter. Could use more vegan options in terms of cakes.

Lovely cosy place for some peace and quiet. Try the flat white house coffee a real pick me up before I go to work. Staff are always friendly too.

I love this coffee shop. It is quiet, and staff treat every customer with a personal touch. ohh... Almost forgot, you need to try the Bosco cheesecake :-)

A great coffee shop, perfect for watching the world go by near the windows near the entrance or getting on with work towards the cosy, comfortably-lit area opposite.
Always great service from the lovely staff and has become my go-to coffee shop in Cardiff over the past few years. Open nice and early, my only complaint is that it isn't open long enough for me to grab a coffee after work (closes at 6pm weekdays), and the food can be somewhat expensive, with next to no Vegan options available. Still, the great atmosphere and welcoming staff (not to mention great coffee) has me coming back every weekend without fail.

Fab coffee. Great comfy chairs. Close to station, parking and shops. Served by the BEST serving wench Manager in Cardiff, Fran. She was sooooo helpful to us and all the customers every visit. Will defo go back soonest. This should all be in italic capitals bold. :)
