My first ever visit to a TGI Friday and I was rather impressed. The staff were friendly and management came out to assist with a specific dietary concern with my guest. The food was hot and beautiful, we even met Darth Vader in the reception entrance to the restaurant. The dips are fantastic, the burger very juicy and super tasty. A definite 10/10 and look forward to returning. By the time we left the restaurant it was buzzing with nearly all tables full. A very popular restaurant in Cardiff. Many Thanks TGI Fridays even on a Monday night.

Loved our meal here - accommodated 11 of us with all sorts of dietary requirements and they made us feel really welcome!

The food was pretty good but I feel like both the food and drinks menu could do with more details. It may have been beneficial for the food I ordered to have been labelled in some way as rather spicy and the drink I ordered has no mention of a fizzy component to it. If these had been made clearer I would have made an alternative choice and most likely enjoyed my meal more. The ribs that my husband had were amazing as always and the corn dogs my daughter had were lovely too.

Great time here always come for family birthdays and other such celebrations, they even sing happy birthday to you. the food is great, the legendary glaze is the best with sesame chicken. the staff are always friendly. i would recommend

Went for dinner last week and had a great time. Lloyd was a fantastic server, very attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed with basically no wait. I’ve visited a few different Fridays but this one is by far my favourite based off the service. Will definitely be back!

I didnt expect much of a big chain restaurant but TGI's really surprised me. Ideally suited to parties of 4 or more, but we went as a couple and it was an enjoyable experience. Portion sizes were terrific and the food really tasty. Steak was cooked exactly how I like it. Service was great and the staff very attentive and welcoming. My only complaint was the pint of Samuel Adams was just shy of £6 which is a little expensive but hey, it was worth it. Decor of the venue is showing its age in some areas, nothing a mild refurbishment wouldn't fix. Location is a little bit difficult but it fills a hole in the market where it is.

visited today at 12 to catch up with a friend. The atmosphere was great and our server Lloyd was very prompt and helpful. Even after we’ve finished all our food he offered us deserts and continued to refill our drinks

As always had a great meal here. What I like is that the food is always consistent. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. It's just a great place to eat.

Came in with my child who had a nut allergy, their manager Danielle kindly reassured us of our child's nut allergy concern and Claudia made sure that our food was served quickly. The food was excellent, cutlery was clean, the staff made sure everything was to our liking. Now my child is already pestering us about coming back some day.
