It was our first time at Tim Hortons for a late lunch. My partner and I opted for the meatless sriracha burger and Tim’s double cheese burger. We struggled with what to eat and deciding what to pick at the self service screens, so the colleague on till helped us, and took our order at the till point.
After a short wait our food order number was called and everything was hot and fresh. The meatless burger is seasoned well and delicious! The double cheese, does not taste like fast food.
As a cheeky treat, we bought donuts. We definitely recommend the Lemon meringue and Canadian maple.
Highly recommend and will be back!
Nice place for a quick breakfast in a modern vibe (fast casual). The staff are welcoming and generous (shoutout to Sheiri). There are good breakfast deals and variety of options for everyone. Visited this place several times and the service were consistent every time
My first time to try, I was in Cardiff for a short visit and I went there to buy a cold sweet drink, and I was fond of their oreo frape. It is new on the menu, but this is the best one I tried since I come to UK.
We came here for breakfast dine-in, food was hot and fresh, customer service by SRIKANTH and his team was top notch, we had a bit if bitter experience last time, but this time everything was perfectly done, we will surely visit this place again on our next time visit to Cardiff. Been wanting to try out Tim Hortons for a while and I was finally able to on my quick visit to Cardiff. Menu had a lot to choose from, service was fast and the food was delicious. With that said, it is slightly overpriced, the restaurant wasn't thoroughly cleaned and the toilet definitely didn't need a code to get into, especially since no other fast food restaurant I've been to does this. A mostly good experience overall though.
Often go here for a breakfast when I'm in the area, the big breakfast wrap and a coffee is a bargain at £3.49.
Lots of seating and service is fast.
The timbits are also good.
Amazing service! Thank you to Shrikanth for his kind service, leaving Cardiff after short stay with lots of yummy goodies to take back and chuffed with the French vanilla!!! Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the city

We always wanted to try Tim Hortons since we heard that is the best coffee out there!
While visiting from Bristol we had the chance to do exactly that!
The service was extremely efficient and YES the coffee is perfect! You can customise it as much as you want.
They also had amazing treats!
Got the chance to visit Tim Horton at Cardiff today. Ordering was seamless using self order kiosks.
Staff was efficient even when place was very busy.
Food was very good. Got free mug too ;-) we had their frappes which were tasty.. highly recommend.

I heard a lot about Tim Horton's coffee. I was excited to give it a try. Tim Horton is very spacious with a good number of seats.
I tried Coffee with the original blend. It was a perfect coffee. If you are bored of Costa Coffee, Starbucks, etc, you can try Tim Horton's coffee. It is located in the town center.
You can visit here with family, friends, and kids as well.
