Highly reccomend the fish and chips from here! Fish is big and fresh. I like how the batter is not too thick or floury. Chips are solid too, especially with the curry sauce. The staff were really friendly and even gave us a big bottle of pepsi on the house!

My family have been going to Penylan fish bar for over 20 years, I remember going in as a child and always being greeted by the happiest staff ever! Nothing has changed, the food and staff are absolutely amazing and I can’t recommend a better fish shop!

We popped in the day before as we knew we had a large order. Advised to phone on the way in, which we did. Got there as the food was being packed. Really cheerful helpful staff. Would certainly recommend it to visitors and locals.
