Very clean with helpful staff. I particularly found Lauren prividing an excellent service, above and beyond what is expected. The food was fantastic as always, a great atmosphere with convenient parking outside - this is particularly good for disabled patrons. Automatic entrance door and wide walkways make access for wheelchairs particularly easy. I highly recommend this restaurant as it caters from one dining to larger groups.

One of the best breakfasts around. Price is very reasonable with almost every plate being under £10. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Danielle was very attentive and helpful the entire time we were there. Restaurant is a nice size with good ambience and never seems overly busy for breakfast which is great.

The prices are steep but I had a discount voucher, although I would actually be happy to pay full price to eat here but it'd have to be a treat not a regular visit. My burger was amazing, the kids meal was yummy, plenty of choices for kids, probably the biggest number of kids options I've seen on a menu (including vegan pizza which doesn't usually seem to be an option for children). It was fairly busy and sometimes service felt a little slow but not off-putting. Waiter seemed a bit solemn but was actually very friendly and helpful and the bartender made us some delicious gin mocktails. All in all lovely food, loads of options for adults and children, nice drinks, good staff, worth a visit. Be prepared for noise though, the building isn't the best for acoustics and seemed to amplify everything.

Our server was Minera and she made our restaurant visit amazing. She was really attentive but didn't hover. It was really nice that she just let just chill for a bit before we asked for the bill. All our food and drink refills came promptly and the food was delicious - piping hot too. We've come here before and we'll definitely be back!

Some fantastic new recipes added. Some tasty vegetarian and vegan choices. I had the tastiest raspberry chocolate cake with ice cream which was vegan and I have to say it was delicious. I wouldn't have know it was. I ate vegetarian and my partner had some very tasty meaty treats as both a starter and main. We used a wowcher and ended up having a really fantastic value meal. The service was very slow so this let the whole experience down a little. We had plenty of time to chat between courses. So if you are looking for some tasty vegetarian,vegan or meat meals try them out. Look out for some vouchers too which can save you half price!

Haven’t been to F & B for a few years having had some bad meals in other restaurants in other cities. Visited this one around the corner from my house and I would just like to say it was out of this world. Extremely pleased the food was delicious. We have visited a number of places in the area over Xmas from the expensive to the cheap and cheerful and this beat the lot of them. Kelly was our server and was very efficient. The supervisor was also extremely courteous and helpful. Thank you to all the team for a great experience.

Visit this restaurant on a regular basis and always return because of the great food and service we receive. Tonight was up the high standard we have come to receive. We were looked after by Kelly and Jordan who both provided excellent customer service. We were taken to a table promptly. Both the food and drinks were served quickly. Both Kelly and Jordan are an asset to the brand. The menu offers something for everyone and is extremely well priced. All the dishes we have tried have plenty of flavours and the staff are happy to give advice on the menu. One of the main reasons we keep returning to this particular restaurant is due to the the staff. They provide such high levels of customer service. Will definitely be returning soon.
