A busy Costas in the middle of St David’s, a great place to put your foot up to rest the feet while shopping. Service is great and plenty of seats inside and out.

🎩 Hats off to Courtney! We arrived at 07:50 In the morning for a coffee & bacon roll last Wednesday. Courtney was in a great mood, cheered us both up from a 5am start, friendly, cared about her customers & products & seemed really passionate in her role & full of smiles. We were attending a training course ironically, & at some point we were asked about ‘great service’ people had received from companies during the course. We gave this example to them. Well done Courtney! 👍🏻👏🏻 might have to pop in & offer you a new role.

Good standard of service. Staff informed us when we were in the queue about them being shorthanded, so we can make informed choice whether we want to continue to queue or not.
The cafe itself is very spacious. So, we can comfortable sit and wait for our order.

Asked for a medium caramel Latte (Hot)... they gave me a maybe Latte Frappuccino of some sort (cold) but I couldn't be bothered to argue. The staff were really nice, probably new and the Frappuccino thing was quite nice so couldn't really complain too much 🙃

I had a trainee guide dog with me today when we visited today. The staff were lovely and brought a dog bowl for my dog to have a much needed drink. Polite and took time to chat with me about the dog. Fabulous coffee as well. Well done Team Costa

Always a good cup of coffee. Served as you ask for. Nothing is too much trouble. Service with a smile and you never wait very long even when busy. Very customer friendly. Good choice of cakes, snacks and drinks. Lovely.

I love this Costa as they have the friendliest staff. Even though the one on queen st is closer to my work I will come to this one. It's great 👍🏻
If your coffee isn't how you'd like it I would suggest letting them know as they will fix it for you and get you a brand new one!! I know this as they've done it for me with a smile.
People are too quick to moan on social media about things without giving establishments the opportunity to rectify the issue.
