It is surprising that there is no one to greet you when you first come here. I've been here a few times and this hasn't changed. You come and sit and wait for someone to give you a table. This long wait is tiring. Other than that, the food and even the sauces are very good. I recommend the garlic bread.

Great place for lunch and dinner. Always quick service and polite staff. Good range to choose from but I always end up with the chicken thighs.

We ordered a takeaway and sat on some steps nearby as it was very busy ... having bought a drink. We were on the way to see Coldplay, and it was rammed. But they prioritised really well, and our food was ready within 15 minutes. In terms of what Nando's does, it does it really really well. 5/5 well. But no Michelin star, so relatively, it's a 4/5 I guess.

went here yesterday around 4:45ish- ordered butterfly chicken with peri-salted chips and broccoli, and some halloumi. food came quickly, was very nice and service was very pleasant

Absolutely lovely Nando's; best in Cardiff (and there are a few!). Tony was lovely as were the rest of the staff. Very chill, very friendly, very helpful. Also got recommended this hot sauce which went down a treat. Much love xoxo

The staff on the upper level was great. The only thing I could mention that was a bit off was the loud music. It was a tiny bit too loud. Otherwise it was great.

Top tip: If you visit Nando's frequently, ensure you have Nando's loyalty card. You can earn rewards very fast.
We ordered Half chicken and 5 wings & Sides. Both of them were delicious.
They have dine-in and takeaway options as well. They have a QR Scan Code-based ordering system. Just scan the code and order it with a Table number. They will serve it on the table.
The prices are reasonable. You can visit here with family, friends, and kids as well.
