Very impressed with the food. First time i ever tried a kebab at this venue. We did feel the service was lacklustre. The lady who served us had no personality and was almost robotic in her interaction with us. Better customer service needed- friendly warmth and enthusiasm with customers would greatly help this branch on City Rd. Otherwise, the food was delicious and i'm really not a fan of kebab usually.
The food is delicious. Look fresh less the chicken. The problem is the waiter don't have customer service skills. Rest can say go there you gonna love the food
The fries were ok, the service was ok, the location was ok, but the doner sandwich was straight FIRE 🔥! The meat was almost like a Turkish style pastrami, thinly cut and cooked to perfection. I also suggest getting an assortment of their sauces.
