Went here tonight for my 6 year old birthday. Food and service was lovely. Asked the waiter to light a birthday cake but he didn't have a light and neither did we. He asked other people but no luck. Off his own back, he went to aldi across the road to get a light. My daughter was really pleased with her cake. Thank you for going the extra mile for my daughter ��

Vegan Pizza was scrumptious!!! Spot on!!!
Came here for the £7.50 lunch menu and what good value for money that was. Drinks are an additional extra but they and refillable also. It was only just open when we arrived so if was virtually empty. Pizzas were only just cooking so we helped ourselves to the fresh salad and past. The gentleman who welcomed us in was very conversational and friendly.
the app works well the York pizza Hut is really nice and busy ,well presented Cardiff was empty not as good by a stretch
Good selection of self-service pizzas and salads, topped up frequently. Refillable soft drinks with sugar-free options (other than the usual diet coke). Noisy, but that's to be expected in a place frequented by families with babies and young children. Staff cheerful and polite, nothing is too much trouble for them.
We went to Pizza Hut for the lunchtime buffet. It was an amazing experience, has to be the best Pizza Hut around. The staff were fabulous nothing was too much to ask for. They were happy to help with anything. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. The food was cooked to perfection. I would recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone a great place for people of all ages. Plenty of free parking on site. Very reasonably priced. A great service all around.
Really friendly staff! I had the weekday buffet, which definitely met Pizza Hut standards, it was a quiet day, but the pizza was still fresh and hot.
I do have a suspicion, however that the Pepsi dispenser gave me regular Pepsi, not the lime variant, but we'll let that slide :)
We love the day time buffet. Perfect for kids and the price is great. Definitely reccomend it to anyone. Foods always nice. Never had an issue. Staff are lovely too.

Me and my wife were here in Cardiff for a short stay and while we're here, we went to their branch for our late dinner. We were greeted and seated by Jordan. You can tell at that time that they are under staff but staff (especially Jordan) managed to attend to us and other customers as well and working his ass off. Our order was late but he kept coming and updating us of our order. It's really nice being looked after and not just ignoring you. So, thumbs up to you guys!
Amazingly friendly staff every time we go there and the restaurant is always clean and tidy.
Can be expensive if you order off the menu but th buffet is a pretty sweet deal.
It's always a pleasure to visit this Restaurant. Staff is lovely - and willing to discuss menu choices. The food is usually speedy, hot and tasty.
