A lovely cafe/shop with a wide selection of local gifts and treats. Food was great and I especially liked their pay-by-weight lunch menu idea! Perfect addition to Whitchurch Road.

Went in for lunch on a Monday. The burger was very good and the iced mocha was okay. Service left a lot to be desired though.

Lovely, friendly staff. Have been a handful of times, but was welcomed back like an old friend. I'm coeliac and can thoroughly recommend the gluten free brownies and chocolate fudge cake! Definately my 'go to' cafe. Lovely Welsh merchandise too!

My nan visited Bodlon on Whitchurch road this week and was so so pleased with the service! Lovely drinks & atmosphere too. She noted a fab member of staff who was super helpful, even calling her a taxi & going outside to call it closer when it arrived. Unfortunately she didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but was really impressed! Quote ‘VIP service, thank you to the young man’.

Lovely staff, extremely welcoming and lovely coffee! If you want to pop out for a friendly chat and good food then I would highly recommend! Was served by a young man called Morgan today and he always has a warm smile and brilliant service! Thank you!

Loved this little deli! Took my two young children and they loved the cake selection, whilst I enjoyed a warm chicken pesto panini. Lovely to hear the Welsh language spoken amongst staff and customers too! Will be back 👍

Haven't been to the other Bodlon shop so this was a new experience for me. I have been multiple times and I am really impressed with the serve yourself counters that is then charged by weight. The hot counter food I have experienced has been delicious, proper 'homecooked' that smacks of authenticity. The quality of ingredients is very high, and the vegetarian options are strong, and fairly priced in my opinion. Eating the pastries in (cheaper to take away) was a bit dearer in my opinion, but the place offers a variety of seating and a good atmosphere. Staff have been pleasant and helpful every time. There are also cool other bits and bobs for sale, mostly local to Wales, including books, coffee beans, jams, teapots, etc. There are cold and packaged deli meats and fresh bread too. Overall, strong farmer's market vibes with quality, tasty food.

Lovely place with a lovely vibe. Great to be able to drink a coffee in a bi-lingual setting. Staff friendly and very Covid secure by the looks of things. Bring your mum, it’s great!

Really liked the atmosphere in Bodlon, very welcoming. I’ve had good food there and not so good, always get a nice coffee there and the smoothies are fantastic. Wide range of foodstuffs to buy also.

Had the nicest beetroot latte and vegan chocolate brownie at this friendly, light, spacious and relaxed kitchen cafe Cymraeg. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff are welcoming (and bilingual) and it’s located on whitchurch rd - so well worth a stop for a wide range of coffees, cakes, tasty meals and giant meringues. I highly recommend! Also selling lots of cute, Welsh gifts and tasty deli stuff to take away. Ardderchog!
