Very friendly welcome and the home made cakes were delicious. My espresso was also well made. And it's dog friendly too. Definitely worth a visit to sit and people watch over good drinks and food.

1st time here. Cosy and intimate small place. Lovely atmosphere. The staff are so friendly. Smiling and happy to chat. I appreciated that 👍🏾

I go here quite often for coffee and cake.
Staff are friendly. Cakes are all homemade and delicious!
Only downfall is that the prices are slowly going up and up.

Great little cafe on Cowbridge Road plus has seating in Victoria Park. Lovely coffees and even better with a sunny spot on the terrace. Couple of musicians playing whilst we were there which added to the atmosphere.

Always a pleasant little stop off when in canton and visiting Vicky park with the kids. The staff and the service are always great, very friendly and welcoming and for such a small little premises they have a great selection of cold and hot beverages as well as delicious treats and lunches. Had a rather delicious vegan sandwich and brownie today with an oat chai latte, couldn't fault it. I'm sure I'm not the only local who raised an eyebrow when finding out this former toilet block was being converted into a cafe but it's such a great addition to the area and would be lost without it now. Definitely our go to stop x

Considering that this little building was once a public convenience hence named "Bloc". It is now transformed into an enchanting cafe within the historic grounds of "Victoria park". Best of all the lovely staff serve a great cup of coffee. There are plenty of other refreshments too cake etc. There are also some goods to purchase if you wish including ground coffee A little haven I love going there.

I regularly pop in for what is one of the nicest cappuccino in Cardiff. I love this place as it is very cosy, nice vibe, very pleasant location with a view of the park. Like any place it's not just the goods or the location, it is also about the service and staff. The service and staff are both extremely pleasant and very good. The only reason I've not given a 5 is because the owner who is often there has absolutely no customer interaction skills whatsoever. There is no welcome or hello, no thank you nor no goodbye. We the customer are who is keeping his business alive yet he expresses zero appreciation that you have chosen to go spend money at his establishment. He doesn't even acknowledge a customer either entering or leaving! This even applies to regulars like myself. If I was running any business I would always make sure any customer felt that their visit and custom was very much appreciated. I stress that all the customer facing staff are superb, maybe the owner should learn some customer interaction skills from them!

My partner and I had a lovely visit. We came with the aim of getting laptop work done and the place was perfect. The staff are friendly, the place is decorated beautifully and the selection of drinks and cakes are very good. Very vegan friendly with oatly barista and naturally kind vegan cakes we were best pleased! We will definately be returning and keen to try out small plates done on friday and saturday nights.
