Plenty of seating and so much choice available in both sweets and savouries. Has all kinds of hot and cold drinks too. The staff is nice, polite and helpful. We had the vegan sausage, the croissant with cheese and tomato( which was really good), cafe mochas, cappuccinos and milk shakes. All really good. Would recommend.
Not a bad place for ending date night, I mean I don’t understand why you have to have coffee in a different place rather than ordering it in the place you were before?! Granted maybe they don’t have sweeteners in a strip club but they do have a lot of ‘honeys and candys’.

Muffin Break always catches the eye, because it’s a corner shop in the St David’s Mall.
The best thing about this place is their friendly and hospitable staff, and the quick service, especially Harish & Megha who’s always given me good suggestions!
Have visited here often, mostly for their hot chocolates, coffee and muffins. I mostly go for Terry Orange Hot chocolate, and it tastes good.
The last time I visited, I took suggestion from Harish and tried their Duck Wrap for the first time, which was surprisingly good.
The place can get busy often due to its location, but the service has always been quick for me. There’s also enough seating, has a decent ambience and is kept neat and clean.

Verdict: Go for the items suggested by the staff, they wouldn’t disappoint you!
P.S.: The biggest negative I’ve heard about this place is that their cakes and wraps which not always fresh and soft, and not always worth the money. However, I’ve never had a bad experience here thanks to the good suggestions by the staff, and therefore I’d give them a 5 star purely based on my experience there.
An amazing place to sit down and enjoy there food and drink
Nice to stop for a quick snack and a drink. The milk shake and smoothie we had were very good.
The team was working extremely hard and they were polite and efficient.
Close to the public toilet and lifts so very convenient.
Just left the Coldplay show in Cardiff and the lovely staff working were still serving into the early hours of the morning, massive credit to them and a big thank you! The choc chip strawberry muffin I got was *chefs kiss*
I visit here semi-regularly as I live locally and have never had a bad experience. They could be doing more to encourage social distancing but with the restrictions changing, a lot of choices are going to be personal to the customer. Today we had their new Lotus Biscoff Milkshakes which were a refreshing reprieve from the heat. Quick service and they were delivered direct to our table when they were ready rather than us having to wait for them by the counter to be made. They were full of flavour but one was much sweeter than the other (proof that they're made to order?).
Nice place to get a coffee, sandwich and muffin. Plenty of places to sit although can be a tad cold on the front. Friendly staff.
Had coffee and breakfast bap two mornings here whilst in Cardiff for weekend. Lovely food and very friendly staff.
Popped in to buy some quality cakes and picked up a cappuccino. The staff were very polite and accommodating. And my word was the cappuccino great. Will defo be my new stop in when i need a coffee for on the go.
