Of all the chippies in cardiff Fintans is by far the best yet not just with quality but a fast service too with a range of all sorts on the menu. Huge shout out to the amazing staff here including the owners!
I've yet to receive a 'hot' chip from Fintans. Last Saturday was the final straw for me .....standing room only in the shop (so very busy) but yet again chips are barely warm - what is that about??
