Lovely unit, presentable at counter, and clean, polite staff, and helpful, slight issues with the state of disabled toilets, were not cleaned and maintained, tho was on same service level as toilets, some staff found to be on phones, Shame really, other then that nice little unit, could be better with changes put in place 👍🏽
I already love Costa but this one really has to be my favourite! Absolutely lovely staff who even checked if the gingerbread was vegan (unfortunately not) without me asking. Definitely first-class customer service!
I love drinking piping hot coffee, and Costa Coffee serves the perfect hot coffee! Tried white hot chocolate for the first time and I loved it. It was the right amount of sweet and they even provided extra milk. I topped it with some marshmallows and chocolate flake and it tasted amazing. Unfortunately they ran out of maple syrup, so we couldn't order Maple Hazel Latte. So we ended up ordering Hazelnut coffee which was good too.
