I love drinking piping hot coffee, and Costa Coffee serves the perfect hot coffee! Tried white hot chocolate for the first time and I loved it. It was the right amount of sweet and they even provided extra milk. I topped it with some marshmallows and chocolate flake and it tasted amazing. Unfortunately they ran out of maple syrup, so we couldn't order Maple Hazel Latte. So we ended up ordering Hazelnut coffee which was good too.

Went out for a date with my first love for the first time , absolutely beautiful scenery and atmosphere , the table is small enough bonding but not too small for drawing and sketching , this place will be in my memory forever

Service was quick, the Colombian americano was so nice. My partner had a Ruby cocoa hot chocolate and cream she said it was OK but didn't have much flavour to it hence the 4*

Often go to this Costa in Queen St Cardiff. It is very popular so sometimes its difficult to get a seat at certain times. From spring to autumn there is seating outside which helps a lot. A good range of hot and cold drinks and also food, sandwiches, hot or cold and a great range of biscuits, cakes and pastries.

Once again, Costa rocks, great service, great coffee and great value

So?

New outside area set up not ideal to making the propose of it. All new tables which is great but they are setup against the side window. One customer blocks the whole table of 4 !! Outside area is quite big but need to be utilised efficiently. Pointed out this issue and was told that what the head office instructed them to do !! Not practical !
