So I arrived at closing time but the 2 servers could not have made me feel more welcome. I have food allergies but they showed me all the allergy information so I could eat well and not be ill. Smiley and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful finish to my day. Diksha and Natasha. You are angels.

Mickyle and Natasha went above and beyond with their service today. They talked the long line of customers through the products, and even told customers how to get the best deals with a new QR code. They served everyone quickly and with good service. Natasha in particular accommodated an extra request from me. Thanks both!

I don’t often write reviews but I’m writing to share my wonderful experience at Upper Crust on platform 1 at Cardiff Central.
I was having a really bad morning with train cancellations and a phone out of battery. The staff at the upper crust went above and beyond to help me and cheer me up. I am very grateful for them. I want to thank Hannah, Sri and Silvia for their amazing service and the fantastic Flat white they made me.
