I have had a very good experience. I was driving from the Bristol airport after a flight; made a stop to eat something and accidentally order non-veg. Burger King happily did another veg order for me for free. I was very pleased as it was my mistake and Burger king without hesitation offered me the alternate. Extremely happy

Staff are genuinely friendly and seem happy to be there. It's a nice change and honestly does make a difference to your day.

Food was fresh and tasted lovely but the highlight for me was a staff member called Callum. His customer service skills are outstanding, what a lovely guy! I wish everywhere had staff members like Callum, he really brightens up your day!

Great service even when I returned my burger as it was clearly overdone. The staff dealt with it promptly & efficiently. Ryan was particularly attentive ensuring we were ok whilst a fresh burger was prepared and offered us complimentary fries/drinks. Good customer service from the team. The second burger was spot on!! Thanks guys

Nice food, social distancing and measures in place. No real waiting time although the touch screen ordering system kept flagging an error when I ordered onion rings, when I removed them the order went through. I can only assume they had none but the screen didn't say this. Other than that small issue all was to be expected.

Stopped off for a bite to eat. Ordered vegan deluxe burger, fries & coke zero (meal) and a side of onion rings. Touch screen facility to order. Quick service, polite staff and condiments provided.
