I have had a very good experience. I was driving from the Bristol airport after a flight; made a stop to eat something and accidentally order non-veg. Burger King happily did another veg order for me for free. I was very pleased as it was my mistake and Burger king without hesitation offered me the alternate. Extremely happy

Great service even when I returned my burger as it was clearly overdone. The staff dealt with it promptly & efficiently. Ryan was particularly attentive ensuring we were ok whilst a fresh burger was prepared and offered us complimentary fries/drinks. Good customer service from the team. The second burger was spot on!! Thanks guys
