I have had a very good experience. I was driving from the Bristol airport after a flight; made a stop to eat something and accidentally order non-veg. Burger King happily did another veg order for me for free.

Staff are genuinely friendly and seem happy to be there. It's a nice change and honestly does make a difference to your day.
Food was fresh and tasted lovely but the highlight for me was a staff member called Callum. His customer service skills are outstanding, what a lovely guy! I wish everywhere had staff members like Callum, he really brightens up your day!
Just another Burger King.. but such a amazing service. Thank you Calum for being so welcoming and making a difference.
Customer service here is 10/10, The guy on the counter is very friendly and the food is always good.
Not all heroes wear capes, some are named Callum and work in burger king, very well mannered, very helpful and rapid service
Great service even when I returned my burger as it was clearly overdone. The staff dealt with it promptly & efficiently. Ryan was particularly attentive ensuring we were ok whilst a fresh burger was prepared and offered us complimentary fries/drinks.

Nice food, social distancing and measures in place. No real waiting time although the touch screen ordering system kept flagging an error when I ordered onion rings, when I removed them the order went through.
