Greggs is always handy on the way to work etc, but I had the best service I've had in a Greggs from a lovely lady named Wendy. She was very kind and sweet, exactly the sort of person you want representing a brand like this.
Ordered a Regular Iced Caramel Latte but was given a plain iced latte with no caramel. When I asked about it, the staff were very rude, unhelpful, and insisted I’d need to pay extra for syrup even though I had already ordered a Caramel Latte. Really poor service and a very bad experience.
3 members of staff, queue out of the door, only one person serving. Wouldn't be so bad if they were quick at serving.

We bought muffin and cappuccino. Good food and below average service. Too much attitude from the salesperson. Closing time, I think they are tired but I paid the full bill. I can’t express publicly what I feel.
