Very pretty inside and food is really nice. Sell ice creams, crepes and waffles plus more. I had the chocolate empire crepe and my family had ice creams. Also pix&mixs sweets to buy.

We went to Sweetbox today for desserts, first we were absolutely amazed at the menu soo many choices available which made choosing the desserts very hard.
We tried a variety of different ones. A shake, waffles, cookie dough, mochi, chocolate kebab and ice cream rolls.
It was all soo scrumptious and beautifully presented we were astounded.
We have tried a few other places on City Road but Sweetbox by far is the best and definitely very fairly priced, we will definitely be making lots more trips in the holidays.
The staff were all very polite and friendly and nothing was to to much for them, the desserts were all served together in quick time.
The decor is so cute they even have a little selfie area for beautiful snaps.

Exquisite, awesome and stunning desserts!!
We had an end of term treat with the colleagues at Sweetbox, 20 of us altogether. Staff were very accommodating.
Gorgeous atmosphere. Amazing feedback from everyone. They made our last day very special & memorable.
Will definitely come back with the family.

The milkshake were banging, rich and creamy! My friend and I ordered a crepe and waffle the waffle was delicious and full of sauce and flavour the toppings on the waffle was so appetising overall great place would Definitely come again

I never had this kind of experience with desserts. I had a waffle with strawberries and nutella and a biscoff milkshake it was really delicious 😋. Staffs are really friendly 🥰

Cardiff is a 30 minute drive from home for us, and every time me and my family come here, we are always served with the best quality desserts and customer service. Staff is always friendly, kind and helpful. We have tried the waffles, ice cream rolls (my favourite being the strawberries and nutella one), ice cream cones/cups etc and they are all always delicious! Never had a bad experience. It can get quite busy sometimes, but it is worth the wait. Would 100% recommend to everyone. If I lived in Cardiff, I would be at SweetBox every day😅

Ive been a regular at Sweetbox for a real long time and il always keep coming back! The kebab roll has to be my favourite and they are always so generous with toppings and sauces! Great value for money, a wide selection of dessert to choose from! Highly recommend!

I would have given it a 5 stars, but the thing that didn't want me to do that was the fact that despite having a small order it took a lot of time for it to be made for example I ordered 2 cookie doughs and was told It would take about 12 minutes I waited for more than 15 minutes and my order was still not completed then finally after about 20 minutes I received my order. This was very frustrating as there were places I had to be.

My most favourite desert place so far!! The red velvet is almost as beautiful as cotsco's, but it tasted amazing and tasted like it's homemade😍
Milkshakes are absolute heaven and my partner loved her waffle!

Being a dessert fanatic and a foodie, decided to buy cookie dough from Sweetbox. Ordered the double chocolate chip cookie dough which took around 25 minutes which was okay as the place was crowded with low staff levels. However, the excitement and wait went wasted as the cookie dough seemed like a biscuit with just a little sprinkle of chocolate sauce on top = It wasn't what it was supposed to be! I appreciate the woman in scarf and recall her telling the owner that the cookie dough is not being baked properly when it took such a wait and that it was a 'double chocolate chip cookie dough' when the chocolate sauce was being poured which infact relates that it was not served to perfection and it was disappointing that it was ignored. Customers should be served in the best way possible as they are the ones paying to keep the business alive! I like this place overall with the variety offered but this experience was disastrous.

loved the place, maybe took some time to be served .. it was worth the wait ps. The kids loved filling the Candy cup with jellys and sweets for only £2 !
