Clean and professional services! Parking space and plenty of seating spaces! Rapidly served and automated system of order! Plenty of choices and according with peoples budget! Small portions for a teenage boy. Too "synthetic " for my style of food! Definitely first choice when we need something like freshly cooked and fried! Not herbal tea or gluten free choices but for majority of customers is fine without it!

One of the better KFC’s in Cardiff occasionally get the order wrong or miss items but the staff are always friendly and helpful with said errors. Food is always piping hot and fresher than most other KFC’s would recommend this one if you don’t mind the odd mistake every so often

The food was warm and hot and the service was quick but i cant remember one time where they got my order right they are always giving me the wrong side so check your order before you leave
