One of the better KFC’s in Cardiff occasionally get the order wrong or miss items but the staff are always friendly and helpful with said errors.
Food is always piping hot and fresher than most other KFC’s would recommend this one if you don’t mind the odd mistake every so often

Usually use drive thru so can't comment on atmosphere, but staff are friendly, service is usually quick and food is hot, freshly cooked and delicious 9 times out of 10. Best KFC near us ☺️

Usually fresh food, fries are normally tepid. Queues takes a while to clear, even if you place a mobile order on the app it doesn't save you any time as you have to queue to collect. The staff are always great, they work so hard. Good selection of food and drinks, rice boxes, wraps and wings are favourites but nothing beats a boneless banquet

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this KFC branch in Cardiff. Immediately I noticed that they offered saver meals that were not available in England. Therefore I opted for a wrap meal, that came with popcorn chicken and fries which was absolutely delicious.
The customer service was 5 stars and I would most definitely revisit in future.
This KFC was clean and presentable.
