The Sunday lunch was delicious. They could cater for gluten free more than the menu let's on, which was really helpful.
The scotch egg was amazing to start, but the roast wasn't anything special. Really good experience though and will return next time we're in town
Excellent ambience and very pleasant and attentive staff. Impressive food presentation and quality is much higher than average in Cardiff. Especially, beef wellington and salmon are so tasty. Highly recommended for family and friends dinner.
Overall experience was very good. My wife's steak was poor and wouldn't recommend this dish.

Really nice Saturday night meal here - great service, great food, reasonable prices, great cocktails. You can have a drink in the bar area or terrace afterwards too.

We had our wedding dinner at the sorting room and it was absolutely fantastic!
I started planning the wedding dinner 2 months before. We wanted a very intimate wedding so only 12 guests were invited. We came to visit the restaurant and fell in love with their interior and the vibe. Then I met Kaspars and explained our plan. He was very friendly and experienced (of course) and showed me the options about how the wedding dinner could be set up there. Kaspars was then supportive and proactive throughout the entire process. From the table arrangement, food ordering, to reception planning, everything!
On the day, before leaving the hotel to ceremony place (i stayed at the Parkgate hotel), I went to have a look at the setting of our table, everything was beautifully set up as planned. I was so happy and felt instantly eased.
After the ceremony we came back to the hotel. The lounge area was nicely set up with champagne, glasses, and nibbles. After we sat at the restaurant table, the staff were so attentive. The supervisor Rinal was holding a list of everyone’s order, making sure food was served to correct guest. The guests were very satisfied with the service! :)
The food was really delicious and generously portioned. Very very happy with it.
The day went so perfectly we really couldn’t ask for more. Thank you Kaspars and Rinal, we are thankfully wholeheartedly.
Excellent food, very good value for the standard. Good service apart from a long delay before the first course. Nice gentleman's club style surroundings.
