Dined in for a 3 course Sunday lunch. The king scallops to start were among the best I've ever had, big and so full of flavour. Roast Lamb was great and the panacotta very tasty. Excellent service, I wouldn't hesitate to return.
One of a few restaurants that are open on Sunday evening in Cardiff. But be awarw that their kitchen still closes at 7PM on Sunday, so it's better to book for 6PM latest. We can recommend their chorizo soup, and Creme Brule with figs is a nice surprise. Overall, great gastropub.

What an epic find!!! Probably THE best steak ever, absolutely spot on. Bit pricey but worth every penny for a special treat. Nice dinner at the Daffodil! The place is really cosy and well decorated. Food was quite nice, a bit on the pricier side but really enjoyable. Perfect service. Highly recommend the mackerel rillettes and sticky toffee pudding.
