A good Greggs to go to, mostly to grab and go but there are 3 or 4 tables to sit at if you need them. Usual standard of service and food you would expect with Greggs.
Went in-store this morning with my Mum, bit of a queue (which is understandable, as it's a popular one), then met with a very unhelpful assistant at the till that appeared to 'not want to be there'. We were both so shocked and disappointed by this, that we left empty handed. Look, I know it's Monday and we've all been there, but jeez.
Just bought a sandwich, 2 coffees, 1 salad, and 1 potato wedges. The sandwich was good, the salad was terrible, the coffee was so bitter I had to add milk. The potato wedges were so dry we couldn't eat them. The servers were indifferent and …
Awful customer service. Totally ignored by all the staff who were more interested in talking about the precooked hard boiled eggs and how smelly they were. All in a group chatting amongst themselves like a bunch of teenagers. Made me feel invisible. Won’t go here again.
Not bad cheeky breckfast from here, had 6 rashers in it for the normal price! Happy days
