Great cafe!! I’m from NZ and the coffee was one of the best since arriving in the UK. My partner is from Canada and the cinnamon buns were also some of the best we’ve ever had!! We went back for a second one. The breakfast sandwich was super delicious and the sweet potato salad was yummy too. The service was very friendly and we really enjoyed our time in the space 😊

Found this quaint healthy place in Carlisle where everything is freshly made. I had the Glow Salad Bowl and my husband had the Korean chicken sushi bowl.. Both were absolutely delicious! The service was friendly and quick. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

We go every couple of weeks or so, and always love it. Fresh food, great cakes and coffee. The service is always friendly. This week's choice was a chorizo and patatas bravas flatbread that was honestly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.

Lovely flavoursome coffee, and one of the best coronation chicken sandwiches. Made special by the subtly pickled red onion slices. Really enjoyed the experience. Nearly forgot to mention good choice of music loud enough to hear but not too loud. Can't beat a bit of Fleetwood Mac, Rumours.

A fantastic place to get some feel-good food! I thoroughly enjoyed my Chicken Chorizo Burrito. This is the type of place where you'll undoubtedly say "Yes" to the proposal of Cake; I recommend trying their Sausage Rolls (pastry), not many places in Carlisle have a variety of flavours. The staff are friendly and welcoming, a great place to go for Lunch!

First impression good, bright and clean. Menu options average, no full English here , infact nothing fried. Healthy freshly prepared food a bit overpriced although very tasty. Desserts look inviting.

Generally I have no idea how to pronounce many of the dishes but they all taste fantastic are a great price and suitable for people with allergies yet flavour is never sacrificed. Great selection of drinks, good hot chocolate and take out is available.

We were staying at the Travelodge a few doors down and wanted a different sort of breakfast. I had the granola and my partner had the frittata. Both delicious.. We both thought the coffee could do with being a tad stronger, but that may be personal preference. Friendly, quick service. You could see into the kitchen and lunch was smelling good so we came back a few hours later to eat again.

Discovered this place during COVID and it's been our go to for proper coffee and cafe food! It's also on a nice street in town.
