Great cafe!! I’m from NZ and the coffee was one of the best since arriving in the UK. My partner is from Canada and the cinnamon buns were also some of the best we’ve ever had!! We went back for a second one. The breakfast sandwich was super delicious and the sweet potato salad was yummy too. The se
Found this quaint healthy place in Carlisle where everything is freshly made. I had the Glow Salad Bowl and my husband had the Korean chicken sushi bowl.. Both were absolutely delicious! The service was friendly and quick. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.
We go every couple of weeks or so, and always love it. Fresh food, great cakes and coffee. The service is always friendly. This week's choice was a chorizo and patatas bravas flatbread that was honestly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.

Delicious food, look forward to our visit each week! Arrive early for the cinnamon buns!

We were staying at the Travelodge a few doors down and wanted a different sort of breakfast. I had the granola and my partner had the frittata. Both delicious.. We both thought the coffee could do with being a tad stronger, but that may be personal preference. Friendly, quick service. You could see
Discovered this place during COVID and it's been our go to for proper coffee and cafe food! It's also on a nice street in town.
