Fabulous pint of Timothy Taylor Landlord bitter. A great traditional Sunday lunch. Don't buy large unless you have a good appetite. A lovely country pub.
Fantastic Sunday roast. Best yorkshire pudding I've had for a long time! Beef and veg were cooked to perfection. We'll definitely be back soon.

Visited for Sunday lunch and I had a fantastic "home cooked" style Sunday roast. Food was delayed by 5 minutes so they could make us fresh Yorkshires! Very happy! I had the mustard glazed ham, it was fantastic!
Lovely Sunday lunch. Honest staff, when I asked a question that he didn't know the answer to, he said "I don't know". Quite refreshing. Good price for good food and service.
What a lovely experience, a really nice pub with a wonderful outside space. The staff were great and really engaged with our 3 year old (I hate kids in pubs) but better than this was the food, I'd particularly recommend the mustard roast ham which was superb. I will be telling my friends about this
Went here for Sunday lunch today. Great home cooked food and plenty of it, although you can order small ,medium or large roast dinners (what a great idea). Limited menu, however enough choice for everyone Inc vegetarian options. Good choice of beer and cider. We'll definitely be back.
