Redds Smokehouse Bbq - Carlisle

Fantastic catering! Redd's catered my wedding back in October and I'm finally getting around to a much deserved review. They were probably the easiest part of the planning process. I only needed to speak with Brent a couple times to get everything narrowed down, and the price was very reasonable. The wedding day comes and everything went seamlessly. My wife and I didn't even have to think. They brought 2 enormous plates of food over to our table as we sat down! Our guests got the same portion sizes and were served promptly. They called for seconds if anyone wanted and not a single person went back up! We received several comments on how great the food was. Thanks to the whole Redd's team for your help with a fantastic wedding!

I heard a lot of good things about this place. I was excited to try it. IDK if it was bad night. Wings were dry and salty. Asked for hot sauce apparently they don't have any. Disappointing. I would think they would have a signature hot sauce. The other sauces were very sweet. Too sweet. Everything was very over seasoned and salty. The Mac and cheese tasted like heavy garlic. None of the 5 of us could eat it. The staff was awesome. That was the best part.
