Alibis

This is a great bar to hit when in Carlisle. It is a good place to find a constantly rotating list of beers on tap and in bottles. They have good happy hour specials (6-8 everyday) and nice craft and seasonal drinks and food choices. They also hold different events like karaoke and trivia. The large windows offer great light, view, and air in the bar area. They have nice tvs right by the window seating as well as at the bar, and a projection screen in the back which they're always happy to hook up if it's not too busy or a conflicting event going on. Definitely a good sunny day watering hole.

Great food and service. At least a dozen different beers on tap. We got the wings and a burger and both were cooked perfectly. A great burger and beer spot in a smaller town. Only note, their is no free parking in the area. But we downloaded the app and paid the 75cent service fee. A note on the bar said that the bartender has a discount code, but we did not ask since we had already paid.

Great atmosphere and good beer selection. The beer is kind of pricey compared to other local venues but the mixed drinks are cheap and makes up for it. Wednesday night have an open mic night for local musicians, that alone sets the place apart from others. During the college season it gets packed on Fridays and Saturdays. Haven't had much of the food but I can say any wing sauce is superb. I would recommend this place to a friend.

The service was good. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a small college town. The variety of beer was in part with most bars. The factory seemed fairly clean but we were in before the drinking crowds arrived. The group that came in to celebrate was way too into themselves and were quite rude as they kept encroaching into our space. So, we decided to make an early night of the excursion.

Had stopped going here years ago, but thought we would give it a try again. First time in, great food, great service. Next time, burger ordered well done was raw. Waitress was great and fixed it. Asked to please come back, which we did. Next time, I ordered tomato soup, which was basically marinara sauce in a bowl. It was terrible, even the waiter agreed the soup was bad. Got our check, soup was still on. Waiter refused to remove it and said "well you got it, I can't re-serve it". I really couldn't believe his attitude! We won't be back.

I go to karaoke every Thursday and have a great time. Drinks are made well, the people are friendly and overall a good place to hang out at. On Thursdays they have $.50 wings with assorted sauces, some of them very unique. They also have $1 jello shots on Thursday night's as well. So I personally like Alibis and would recommend going there for karaoke or anytime you want.
