Panera Bread

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a bowl of soup and received less than a half of a bowl in this container. Tastes more like salt water than chicken noodle😡. I’m a truck driver and requested plastic utensils and was given none yet again. Other locations NEVER give me a problem. They know the ppl who deliver their supplies and food need to eat, more importantly, need UTENSILS to do so. Why ask if we need them and STILL NOT INCLUDE THEM? I hope every delivery that keeps your business running is late and you lose money.

Called ahead to store (bc can never trust Google store hours) and girl who answered the phone (after 6pm) said they'd be open till 9pm. We drive there a bit later... employees literally started laughing bc the one girl gave the wrong time. No apology... just laughing at us after we mentioned having called ahead. How disrespectful. All it takes is a sincere, I'm sorry." Laughing at customers??? After they screwed up the time?

I come to the CARLISLE PANERA BREAD quite often because I belong to the unlimited sip club. BUT, recently, the last 2 weeks the lemonade and other machine drinks are down, so it is self serve using the bottles. I am a bit inconvenienced, and disappointed that a very popular PANERA BREAD in Carlisle, can NOT get there lemonade machines fixed. They get TONS of customers.. One thing that REALLY BOTHERS ME about this PANERA BREAD is that when use their bathroom, THE LIQUID SOAP DISPENSER NEVER DISPENSES ENOUGH TO HARDLY ANY soap...i should not have to bring my own soap... On a better note, the employees at the Carlisle PANERA BREAD are great, friendly, efficient, polite and just nice to deal with!!!

Ordered curbside for a large iced coffee with cinnamon syrup and lite half and half. Received the coffee and it was literally milk. Called and Spoke to Holly “the manager”. The rude unapologetic manager said she would remake it and to pull up along the curb and shed bring it out. We waited outside for nearly 10 minutes and left. The cafe was not busy. Given this service experience, we will not return to this location.
