Honestly disappointed. As a firefighter at two different stations, I suggested this place to my fiancé who’s never been to one. I used to go to one in Lynchburg, VA and it was great. Today, I cannot say this was a stellar experience. The girl we ordered from was nice, but confusing with the menu. I ordered a small sub combo that gets you Mac and cheese. She asked if I wanted a combo on top of that? I figured just adding a drink, but then wasn’t sure if I got a cookie or not? Pretty sure it costs more how she ran it up than just getting my original combo. We ended up paying for a cup of water? When our order was up, we started walking out and my fiancé checked our order and our max and cheese was missing. The girl got it than and apologized, which was fine. We got to our truck and started on our way. I opened my sub, took a bite, only to notice there is no meat at all in it. I paid 5 dollars for bread, Mayo, tomato and lettuce. Hugely disappointed by the negligence at this location. Hoping it’s not your normal. My fiancés steak sub tasted like it was spoiled steak. He’s now feeling I’ll after eating it. 2 stars because the staff was kind, but this was the most disappointing experience I have had with you guys.

Always good, Count on a warm environment and a great experience. Food is always good. Eat in or take out, sports a great cause and fills you up. All the Subs are good, Try the Firehouse Chili! It's a exceptional experience on its own. For no good reason get a Pickle Bucket, it's fun! ( It's a 5 gallon bucket but it goes to a good cause)

This place was a nice change from Subway, Jersey Mikes or Jimmy Johns. My partner got the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar brisket, which he said was delicious. I got the small Italian sub on wheat with an interesting creamy mustard dressing. (I learned that Italian subs taste much better on Italian bread.) Each sandwich comes in a wrapped dill pickle spear, which prevents any cross contamination. What I liked best about Firehouse Subs was their mission and the atmosphere of the shop. There is a definite nod to first responders, and that theme can be found throughout the shop. The kazillion flavored Coke machine was a delightful bonus. While sub shops seem to be a dime a dozen these days, the friendly service and the atmosphere puts this one a bit ahead of the pack. I hope they put one closer to my neighborhood.

This firehouse subs sucks the employees don’t care the wait time is extremely slow. Especially when the district manager is there she doesn’t do anything but complain about how much she hates her job and life. I don’t think that’s very professional nor respectful to the customers. A manager should make the work place and environment feel more comfortable for every person who is in the store. ITS LITERALLY THEIR JOB. Every time I come in there the district manager is making the work place so stressful for her employees. I think this firehouse subs should be so much more successful without the district manager Laura Rutledge.

Hate to say it but this location is a bit of a train wreck. We don't get to come here often because of how far away it is, but the last couple of times were pretty disappointing. Long waits and confusion at the register on how to put in orders seem to have become common here. I had a coupon for a free birthday sub but the person at the register couldn't figure out how to redeem it. The last time we ate here (a month ago) the subs were not very good either, which was the last straw that has put us off from coming back here anytime soon. Which is a shame, because Firehouse subs are usually pretty good, and this is the only location in the area.

This has been not only the worst experience with a Firehouse Subs, but with any restaurant which specializes in sub sandwiches. It took two employees to work the register, with neither appearing to be in training as they discussed with each other what to do. Watching the sandwich makers was more laughable, as they spent more time staring at each other, the floor, or the ingredients for the sandwiches they are not making. Not only have I already been waiting fifty minutes for a simple Hook and Ladder, but talking with other patrons they have been waiting for over an hour.

First time at a Firehouse Subs. I had a hot steak and cheese sub and was not disappointed. Plenty of meat and the medium filled me up. Glad did not order a large, I may not have been able to finish it. Loved the decor and the staff here were super friendly promptnwith our order. I woild definitely recommend you give them a try. I know I will be back to try some other items on the menu.

Let me first say, I LOVE FIREHOUSE SUBS! The ingredients are really fresh and delicious. However, I give 3 stars because when I came in this past Sunday at around 1pm, the entire establishment was FILTHY! The floor had a bunch of stains like drinks were spilled in different areas and not cleaned up. The soda machine with disgusting. The counter next to the soda machine was dirty. I cannot imagine what the bathroom looked like. If I would have noticed how dirty it was in there before I ordered, I would have walked out. I saw at least 3 people working and only 2 people were making subs. During this pandemic, you would expect to see places being extra clean. That brought me disappointment to see if that dirty inside. I will return though as I hope this isn't a trend with this location.
