Carlisle Fish Supply

Decided to give this place a try due to their seemingly reasonable prices. The guy was friendly and the chips were alright, but the fish was tasteless and soggy. I ended up throwing it out after a few bites. Might be better if you go in the morning or if you're gluten free, but I don't think I'll be coming back here.

I really enjoyed the fish because it was crispy, well seasoned and gluten free but the serving of chips is small. Note although the batter is gluten free not everything on the menu is gf, the crab sticks prawns and dim sims are not for example. The employees can tell you what to order if you need to avoid gluten. I was charged a $1 surcharge on a $30 order for paying by card though which is ridiculous, so bring cash

Our family love this place. We have 3 coeliacs and two who aren’t. Since we found Carlisle Fish and Chips the whole family eats gluten free. We all enjoy the crispy batter and chips which are not greasy. It is cash only which is fine when you know before you go. My family and I highly recommend the shop. I have no idea where the mean reviews have come from as we attend here regularly and have never had one bad experience. The portion is always generous and we always have a lot of leftovers

Amazing ceoliac friendly gluten free chips. Eric has made me so happy, knowing i can have gluten free chips again! He has a massive range to choose from with gluten free batter and none of it is greasy! I personally had a seafood basket, battered banana fritter, scollaps, extra battered squid rings. All was so good and no upset stomach or reactions!

Awful fish and chip meal I had on Good Friday the 15th of April from this place worst money i have spent, since i got a lopsided eye brow wax . The fish they used, must have been the bait to catch the fish yuck yuck never again lift your game guys how hard can it be to serve good fish we are surrounded by ocean

Nice guy. Asked for feedback so here it is. Overpriced for what we received. Oil was old. Chips were very average and had an odd flavour, thinking because oil was old.. Fish was soggy and for hadn't any flavour either. GF yes... and he was proud of that.. and I was actually excited to try it... but sadly disappointed.. maybe he had an off day..
