Stumbled on this place while doing my Hadrian's Wall walk. Wanted somewhere locally owned rather than a chain. Everything handmade, then cooked in a fabulous pizza oven at the rear of the restaurant. Good wine, fabulous food and flavours, and was served by a wonderful member of staff. Highly recommend it.

Pizza and Cocktails on Saturday night - everything was excellent. Great place to sit, not too loud but plenty of atmosphere, very light and airy. Pizzas were absolutely outstanding and arrived very quickly - super fresh and good quality. Cocktails also very good and staff friendly and efficient. All in all a great experience, we'll certainly be back and I'll be raving to our friends about the place too.

Was there for a private party on Wednesday and from start to finish it was excellent! Food was amazing and the pizza was the best I’ve had! Staff were very friendly and overall the night was perfect.

Delicious pizza. I've been with small and large parties and the service has been lovely and friendly. They only have 1 oven so the wait is a little longer in bigger groups as you are served whenever they are ready however, it's mere minutes. It's a small cosy venue and fairly priced.

Dropped in here for a light lunch while visiting a rainy Carlisle during a railway trip. Quick, efficient, friendly service. Lovely platter and garlic bread. - a shame it is so far away to keep going back!!

Wonderful dinner at the Muddled Olive last week. The Fromage du ju and charcuterie board not to be missed. Followed by sensational pizza. Can’t wait to go back again.
