Greggs

This was our first visit to the 'Moto Southwaite' services. We were driving back to Edinburgh and needed petrol and refreshments. So these motorway services are fairly similar to each other. Costa/burger King /M&s etc. So your generally going to find some cracking good processed food. I had a real fresh Sausage roll/bap from Costa... The staff were pretty good, friendly and chatty. The petrol station is a wee drive around the corner, it has its own wee shop full of more delights, of course nothing is 'cheap'.. It's always best to rest, so aye use the motorway services.. 3/5 🖖

Nice place , very spacious , comfortable… loads of options for eating Burger King, costa , M&s , Cornish pasty ! Facilities they have clean toilets and have shower cubicles ! Think it’s a token paid service ! There is ample parking fuel stop and also ev charging point it’s a fast charger so good for quick stop snack and move on ! My only issue is the tables at not cleaned as much as , it’s pretty dirty , best would be to self clean

As motorway services go, this one is clean welcoming and, for us, ideally located for a halfway break on a fairly regular journey. Usually get a nicely filled baguette from Greggs and sit outside. It has all the necessary facilities with very clean toilets. Not much else I can say about this place. I guess as we’ve used it for many years, we’ve not been disappointed, but also not overwhelmed

Pleasantly surprised after reading some reviews on here. A small but very clean and friendly service area. A Costa employee cleaned tables after each customer and everyone was wearing a mask. The Costa area had been divided up into small cubicles, seating 4, with screens between. Costa serviice was very efficient and quick. The disabled toilet was very clean and fresh. On site there is an M&S outlet, Burger King, Greggs, and West Cornwall Food Co. Not sure about the 'Gaming Lounge' though. I will use this services again rather than the overcrowded large Tebay services when travelling North.
