Great food, good choice and good value. Only issue was no babu changing. Was glad it wasn't busy so could change baby on the booth seats. Staff always friendly and helpful. So much so we went twice in a week 😊

7 of us for dinner this evening. The food was fantastic and everyone of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal from starters to desserts. The staff and service were first class. We will be back. Thank you to the bar staff, waitress and chefs for making the evening outstanding. great to have somewhere like this to dine out right in the heart of our village.
Was very busy for a Monday night, as there was an event on, we hadn't booked but they managed to get us a table.
Very good and varied choice of menu, we had steak pie which was of good quality and quantity, meat was very tender and there was plenty of gravy.
The firecracker chicken was also of very good quality and amount, it was very spicy but very tasty too, I opted for half rice and half chips, more than enough to soak up the spicy sweet and sour sauce.
For pudding we had chocolate fudge cake and strawberries and ice-cream sundae, the cake was very light and portion size it was a slice and a half.
However the sundae was massive, and very tasty, just what was needed to cool down after the firecracker chicken. We will definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu, highly recommended.

We had booked for a Sunday roast, sadly they weren't on offer when we visited. Our alternative choices were lovely though, the staff and locals were friendly and we enjoyed our visit.
