New to the area and I was recommended the Sen Lin as a decent Chinese takeaway...breast of chicken curry, fried rice and prawn crackers was the order, and it was terrific ..I will definitely be back for more 👍

Portions were huge, delivery was fast. We had the set meal for 3 for 3 adult's and there was loads left for later on. Really tasty everything was perfect

Have tried a few local Chinese in Lanark and Carluke and not been terribly impressed so thought we’d give the new Sen Lin a go. I have to say this will definitely be our new go to for Chinese. Was so impressed with their take away portion sizes: full to the brim with actual meat and veg (not like some of the local places that seem to fill the container with 70% onions to take up space.) We ordered the broccoli beef, cashew chicken and satay skewers and enjoyed them all; flavor was rich and fresh, veg and meat cooked perfectly tender. The wonton soup was filled up with large wontons and the broth was tasty, though slightly over salty. Also, tried the steamed pork dumplings which were nice as well. The only thing that was so, so was the chow mein- thin noodles instead of the thicker ones you usually get that seemed a bit dry of sauce, but still not bad. Overall, quite happy and glad to have found a Chinese worth the extra drive from Lanark and the prices.

Never had a bad meal yet. Food is the closest to restaurant quality that's been badly lacking in Carluke. Keep up the good work 👍
