Lovely service ,staff are brilliant , somebody ordered the watermelon drink and I said wwww I have never tried that and she brought me a small taster ,what brill service,,Mathew is always friendly and smiling ,,showed us all the new specials on the menu ,,,it just gets better
Fantastic experience here. As a plant based diet diner it is always difficult to find somewhere that caters to alternative diets, wether through allergic requirement or through choice, but there are enough options here to keep me coming back. The One negative for me is the lack of plant milk alternative for coffee or tea, which is a real shame for a place which otherwise caters really well for veggies and vegans.
Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Excellent waiting staff and such efficiency. The drinks were great and our pizzas divine. The waitress explained what was in certain choices and was so helpful and friendly it made the whole dining experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend.
We visited on a rainy Saturday afternoon and the place was very quiet. Very warm welcome and very attentive waiter Theo. Was so friendly. I'm gluten free and this wasn't treated as something unusual.
Service was good and food delicious.
A family lunch with our 3 young kids. Food was all fairly good and they were happy to do my husband his favourite pizza that is no longer on the menu.
My main complaint was the speed of service. Our starters took ages to be cleared and yet the staff were all stood around chatting to each other so it was a little frustrating.
Overall a pleasant visit.
We went at 6:30pm after a visit to the Vue Cinema opposite. Nice buzz and busy, but not too crowded. My first choice chicken pasta, was off the menu - so I had to have a pizza Florentine instead. I would have given 5stars for the food but unfortunately the chef forgot to put the egg on my pizza (quite an important ingredient for a florentine!) …. so it wasn’t really up to scratch!! We didn’t complain as they were busy … but it was a bit unfortunate. Anyway, that aside …. the rest of the food was delicious. Lovely waitress served us - very friendly helpful and proficient. Would definitely recommend a visit. Pizza bases were delicious. Best pizza in Carmarthen in our opinion.
Wow, what can I say, 7 of us came in today (8th May at 1:15) and the service and staff were excellent. I brought my daughter’s birthday cake with us, and they took it out the way. We had a fantastic meal, everything was on point and the staff brought the cake out with lit candles for dessert and sang happy birthday to my daughter. I cannot fault or thank the staff enough today. We thoroughly enjoyed and will be back. ❤️
Very positive experience during my 1st visit at this branch, very clean generally and fantastic customer service by staff member Jazmyn who demonstrated excellent people skills not only with my family and I observed the same approach with other diners, she was polite, patient and very accommodating with customer needs generally. Jazmyn is definitely an asset to your company, well done and I look forward to my 2nd visit.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Express in Carmarthen, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff and shown to my table.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and inviting, with cozy lighting and comfortable seating. The menu was extensive, with a wide variety of pizzas to choose from, as well as salads, pasta dishes, and desserts.
I opted for a classic margherita pizza, and I have to say it was one of the best I've ever had! The crust was thin and crispy, the sauce was tangy and flavorful, and the cheese was perfectly melted and delicious. The toppings were fresh and tasty, and I could tell that only the highest quality ingredients were used.
To top it all off, the service was exceptional. My waiter was attentive and helpful, making sure that my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.
Overall, I would highly recommend Pizza Express in Carmarthen to anyone looking for delicious, high-quality pizza in a friendly and welcoming environment. Five stars all around!
Very tasty and fresh, good quick service, booked ahead and table was ready and waiting when we arrived, kids menu good value.
Fantastic meal last night from starters to coffee, everyone thought their food was delicious, not very often a chain of restaurants get food this good, scrumptious!
I was welcomed and served by a lovely woman, she was very attentive and the food was lovely, I had the vegan diavolo and the vegan carrot cake for dessert, wasn't too keen on the carrot cake as it was a little dry
