Harvester

Excellent service. Went for a meal with my family today. One of my sons has a history of food allergies. The deputy manager on duty came and asked in detail about all his food allergies, and ensured the food did not include any allergens for my son. Food was very good. Service was equally good-courteous & helpful staff.

We were welcomed and shown to our table, our host was a young lady named Frankie. What a delightful young lady, she made sure that we (old folk) understood our options. Although all of the staff were very friendly Frankie was more than helpful and certainly warrants a special mention. The food, from the salad bar, our starters and our main courses were superb and we will certainly be calling again.

The food and waiting times were very good. Only negative point was an error while paying for our food. We told the cashier everything that we had and paid but the cashier missed one of our meals off the payment so we were called back to the restaurant from the car park to pay the rest of our bill as a result

Loved the salad, especially the new additions: curried beans and mixed beans. For improvement, the quarter of chicken in the combo could be a little bigger. I was using a 40% off code so quantity of food was fine, but would have been a little disappointed if I'd been paying full price. The bread rolls need to be heated, like Harvester used to do.

It's corporate and done to a system. That said today we didn't have a booking and were greeted warmly and seated straight away. Food was delivered hot and portions were of a good size. You don't come here for gourmet dining, but what you do get value for money and taste on a budget when they get it right as they did today.

A big thank you to your staff for their help with my 9-year old son who has recently been diagnosed as Coeliac and the superbly attentive service they gave him to ensure he had a Gluten Free meal. In particular one young lady with bleached bright red hair who went over and above to make sure our son had a salad prepared for him in the kitchen to ensure no cross contamination at the salad bar. Great to see your staff being so aware of food allergies etc

Visited here today with 2 fussy eaters, and requested when I booked online to call me if there's wasn't and cod available. We arrived and was seated earlier than the time we booked, and was Informed that there wasn't any cod left but someone had requested cod and was relieved that the cod was kept back for us. First time in this harvester and the service and food is amazing. The steak was cooked to perfection and really enjoyed all of the food and dessert. Staff can't do enough for you and even the drinks machine was full with all the flavours of each drink unlike other harvesters I've been to where there's only selected drinks available. Will be visiting again 💯🙂.
