The staff are efficient and friendly. The cafe area is sometimes a bit grubby, but if you don't want to walk or drive to the cleaner and quieter branch by aldi its bareable

Great Greggs, nice and friendly people working there 😊 it’s so nice what they’re done with it now putting tables and chairs. They have plenty of products available and pasties are still warm when you get them.

The Greggs bakery/cafe in Carmarthen, situated in the centre of the town, near the clock tower (there is another one opposite Charlies, further east, about half a miles walk over the suspension footbridge) is a great little place to buy a snack and/or hot drink to eat in or take away. There is very good WiFi and good staff service.

After coming in almost everyday waiting for the new Vegan sausage roll to arrive, I rang up today to see if they had stock and the lovely lady on the phone said she would put some aside for me as I’d be a few hours and didn’t want them to sell out. Great customer service from her, wish I’d have gotten her name so she has the praise. Thank you Greggs Carmarthen!

Prompt service, and even some help from an off-duty member of staff. Great reasonably priced coffee, with decaff option, soya milk cartons. Also a great coffee loyalty sceme.

Always a good place to go when you want a quick snack. You can choose to eat in or take out, great selection of hot pastries, sandwiches, soups, hot and cold drinks, sweet treats and a breakfast menu, children friendly, easy access. It can get busy around lunch time but the staff are always quick with their service.
