Lovely little Costa in an old bank. It has it's own parking behind it, but is soon full, though many people were only getting carry out so weren't there for too long. The staff were lovely and the coffee great, as usual.

Food and coffee were the norm that one would experience at Costa. Staff good and friendly...It seemed that despite free wi-fi being advertised at Costa, which is also etched upon their entrance doors, we were told that it was only available for the staff at this cafe..I wonder why?

Extremely busy when we went in. 3 staff members working really hard and what was apparent was their teamwork! Well done you 3, you got the queue served in a decent time and you all kept your cool! . Enjoyed my visit and our toasties and drinks

Best place for a coffee, I know people say support independent places but nowhere beats a Costa coffee! Lovely cafe with great staff who always make me feel welcome. Best place in town, cannot wait to visit again.

Came with my baby daughter, ordered and when looking for a table too which i had adequate space for her buggy, i asked if my coffee, could be taken to the table for me as you cant leave your children unattended, but the face i got was, do i have to . " i can leave it at the side for you , " but as i sat down she brought it through . I would not have asked if it was busy but being dead no.
So attention to customer service is required

nice place friendly staff its an old bank converted . onstreet parking is competitive but costa have private parking at rear of premises and you have to remember to give registration to avoid fines as its monitored by video use and fines are issued and pursued in Court .

This is one of the better Costa Coffees I've spent my time in. Very laid back atmosphere. Staff very friendly. Would have given 5* but staff have got my order wrong on a number of occasions, but they have always been very apologetic and helpful when pointed out. Other than that this is a great place for coffee, sit in or take away.
