Delightful Dotties! Very clean and safe feeling. Friendly staff and quirky fun decor inside and out. Nice range of snacks, sandwiches and cakes. Excellent service. Bonus was wee but well selected community past and present photo exhibition and book library/swap in adjacent buildings. I’ll be going back.
Great pit stop when cycling the Kintyre Way. He ate sausage sandwich, I had tuna panini, both delicious. We loved the coffee, nice and strong. Fun theme too, red dots🔴🔴🔴❣
Great little cafe. Good range of food and drinks. Had jacket potato and burger both cooked to perfection. Nice selection of cakes too. Owners very cheery and helpful. Right on the doorstep for a fabulous walk/cycle into the forest. Well recommend👍
Brilliant little cafe with an amazing menu. We ended up eating brunch there every day. It's the friendly, thoughtful service that will keep you coming back like when 3 of us ordered tea but we had a young one with us ordering juice, the 3 teas arrived with the complimentary biscuits but there were 4 biscuits not 3. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

This place is a real gem. Great down to earth menu, nice indoor and outdoor seating area all underpinned by cheerful, helpful and very thoughtful staff. I say thoughtful because of the personal touch we witnessed; so, dog biscuit given to a wining dog, banana for a young baby and placing salsa in a separate pot explaining that container did not state vegan, she could see nil of concern in it but thought it best to let us decide (we ordered Vegan burger). Good value too. If you are in the area make sure you visit Dottie's.
So welcoming and friendly. Does a lovely vegan burger and good coffee. Sometimes does a vegan biscoff cheesecake but not the day we were there. Well worth popping in.
Absolutely wonderful in both service and general friendliness of all staff. But most particularly in the quality of the food. It was so well prepared and with such home spun and local goodness. Seven Bikers of Rollin Bones MCC on Sunday 1st July and we had a wonderful lunch and all at very attractive prices. Olive and feta salad would have been I'm sure excellent, but the addition of Water Melon made every mouthful a most tasteful delight. Thank you and we will definitely stop there again... everyone passing should.
We cycled here to find the new owners still decorating for a May 17th opening. Despite that and not yet having a working coffee machine, they made us 2 coffees with biscuits and refused any payment. Can't wait to try it when it opens
Brilliant coffee! A lovely cafe with friendly staff who endured our crazy kids with humour on a rainy day. Situated at the start/end of 3 forest walks one of which was a lovely 30min walk for families. A much needed respite in the area. I would recommend the millionaire's shortbread with fresh nuts, delicious! Be warned they are closed Monday-Tuesday.
Lovely little find... She had a vegan burger and Quorn sausage and Quorn nuggets. Also had the Vegan biscoff cheesecake!! 😋
Sadly, she had to take a few vegan options off the menu due to lack of sales, so let's patronise this little gem!! 👍🏻
