The staff, service and food were excellent ! The staff were specifically excellent in customer care and I would certainly recommend The Lobster and Grill as a place to book a meal!
Had a lovely meal at the Lobster and Grill tonight. As soon as we walked in we were made to feel welcome. The food was fantastic and the staff were so efficient, friendly and personable. Will definitely be going back :)

Had a great meal. The food was excellent. Tasty, well presented, and the 7 ordered arrived all together.
The only downside was that we were celebrating someone's birthday and were told we'd be charged £2/head if we had cake and no dessert. We'd not had this before, so instead of a few purple having a dessert and everyone having a coffee and/or a drink, alongside the birthday cake... we went home. For the sake of £14 the restaurant missed out on several items on which to make a profit and a decent tip! It was unfortunate, but in the difficult financial times, customers will not waste money.
If the cake had been brought out with serviettes instead on plates. (Without an additional cost.) Then, that would have significantly reduced the overheads and wouldn't have been a problem.

First time trying this restaurant. Really impressed by quality of food and very good service too. We had some excellent scallops and garlic prawns, and very good steaks too. They have some good deals for a dinner, bed and breakfast stay if you don’t want to drive home after dinner.
5 of us went for a tennerfest, the food was great and the portions were a decent size. 3 courses for £20 ***** 👌
