The bottomless brunch here is very enjoyable.
The food platter is extremely well prepared, all the flavours are expertly arranged to form a seriously enjoyable meal.
They were able to modify the platter to meet my allergen requirements by swapping standard cheese for a vegan option. The battered sesame chicken has to be a highlight, as well as the cheese and bacon fries.
Unlimited Friday’s Pilsner for 2 hours. Alternatively enjoy unlimited cocktails with a £5 upgrade. If you’re not into beer there’s bottomless Prosecco as an alternative.
Great place to have pre-drinks along with some really tasty food. Staff on site are brilliant as well.
Our waiter was a lovely person called Jordan! Very respectful, talkative and polite. The food was delicious and not a very long wait. I recommend this place!
Love the food here. Steaks are to die for.
Sadly on our last visit the steaks were not good, but the restaurant sorted that for us with no hassle.
Apparently they are struggling for stock, and having to use different suppliers, which is obviously effecting the quality of the food.
Having said that, the waiter said they should be back to normal soon, and have the original menu back on, and not the limited one they have at the minute.
All covid related.
Looking forward to returning soon for one of their rib eye steaks.
Amazing customer service! Worthy of note was Christie who unfortunately was not on the staff list on their website so I could give direct recognition for her customer service. Mia was also such a delight---a true smiling face at the front door.

I have never been to a TGI before, so when Visiting from NZ it was something I had to try.
I had the Ultimate Cheese dipper and wasn't disappointed. It wasn't too busy at the time as it was during the week, good atmosphere and ambiance too.
Will be back on the next visit to the UK.
What an amazing service. I attended today with my own four children and a friend's child for my son's birthday. I booked a reservation which it turned out my table had been allocated upstairs, however, a gentleman quickly reallocated my table when he realised I had a pushchair. Two of my children are autistic, and one of them was having a meltdown. When we were seated, a female staff member didn't hesitate to help when I asked if the music could be lowered to help them cope in the social situation. This was my first time visiting TGI's so I didn't realise there would be music playing. Another male staff member also helped when one of my autistic children had changed his mind about his meal. I really can't fault the staff at Castleford they were very compassionate and considerate for the needs of others and it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious as well 😋

Food was okay, decent and not overly expensive. I think they reduced the menu after covid as there's no hotdogs or anything.
Lovely & clean. Food was delicious staff super lovely, shout out to Emily who served us.
Only grumble was the wait to place an order.
Would be great to have the option to mobile order to your table but otherwise can't complain.
Called in for some food before bowling wasn’t busy and got seated quickly service was very good and food was great can’t complain at all
