Staff are rude, we went at 8.15pm it doesn’t close until 9pm and staff were complaining right in front of us, slamming doors/pans, throwing crisp packets about all because there was a queue of four people. Shouted at saying it was takeaway …
as soon as we walking in we were shouted at and the staff said “take out only”. They were slamming doors and throwing trays around because they were annoyed that “no one had been in for 2 hours now we’ve got a massive queue” (of 4 people). …
No head wear on which is against hygiene standards and hair can get on the food causing contamination. Don't particularly want hair on my food and shouldn't have to worry about weather there's hair in it or not. Restaurant usually never clean paint even sit down to eat.
How stupid can anyone be with uber eats/just eat. Didn’t receive something from my order. If you just actually double checked the orders, which is part of your jobs may I add, then people wouldn’t complain.
Worst subway experience I've ever had. Staff were too busy laughing, having a joke and clearly didn't care about the food or service they were giving. The toppings were tight and when asked about a discount in the app I wanted to use I was told no and offered no help. Absolutely terrible subway and will not visit again
Great restaurant - but bring back the free refills of cold drinks! Most other subways seem to do them, but not this branch!!
