I love going here. I always get my usual food and my order has only been messed up once. Would reccomend.

Love the quesadillas here. Had a special offer so it was really cheap. Not sure I would eat here without the special offer as it’s really expensive compared to other fast food places next to it.

The thing I like about Taco Bells is that you can customise your burrito or taco to your taste - my personal favourite is the Volcano Burrito Meal (without Lava Sauce)...controversial maybe. But hot food gives me acid, don't judge 😉

Easy to order, not long until food is ready, tables not cleaned in between people (I had wipes but likely would if i asked) We sat on smaller round table just enough room for our two trays. At least people binned their rubbish as leaving, staff did sweep the floor

Had a wonderful experience at Castlefords new Taco Bell at Xscape. The staff were friendly, the manager amazingly accommodating and had a lovely manner (thank you Leah!). Absolutely lovely with someone I was supporting. Food was lovely, hot and fresh, arrived promptly and was flavorful.......... Will definitely be a firm favourite when we visit here. Thank you to the team!

I heard about this new location (Yay no more long drives to Leeds or Rockingham!), went to opening weekend and the location is small but was absolutely PACKED, which was expected. The staff was a bit overwhelmed but friendly, the patrons, however, made it uncomfortable to be in the shop with their rude behavior.
I’ve been back since, and it was a lot quieter, my order was done in good time and the food to standard. I can see some of the rude patrons have already left poor reviews. The only suggestion I would make is to have a limit to the number of guests allowed inside during busy times!

First off, we ordered and collected in store, on a week night, and was told that there's 30 minutes wait. We didn't mind the wait, so proceeded with the order. I can assume ordering through delivery or on weekend would have been very different. After collection of order, we headed home, which is about 5 minutes away. All food were still warm, not piping hot for sure, but of acceptable temperature as would a take away be. Food were really good, exceeded what we were expecting. Would I go back, most definitely.
